Armeria B & B

Armeria is located within an area of outstanding natural beauty, between the saltmarsh and open countryside, in the delightful North Norfolk coastal town of Wells-next-the-Sea.

It is a large detached house and provides not only luxurious accommodation, wonderful breakfasts of locally sourced ingredients, the majority of your Breakfast Ingredients are supplied by Arthur Howell Butchers, Fishmongers and Bakery, but it also a fantastic base from which to explore our bustling seaside town of Wells-next-the-Sea with its busy quayside and beyond.

Armeria is located on the coast hopper route which is a doddle to use, you just walk out of the house and wave your hand to stop the bus and travel to any one of the North Norfolk Coastal towns or start a walk on the Coastal Path.

If you are an artist, photographer or bird and wildlife observe, the area is perfect for your ideal holiday and relaxation.

If however, a little more action is required, there is plenty to see and do, such as watching the fishermen unload their catches, eloring the saltmarshes or just down the coast in Blakeney or Morston, you can take a boat and watch the seals and their pups sunbathing on the sand spits exposed by the low tides  There are plenty of Stately Homes to visit nearby such as Holkham Hall and Sandringham.

Our accommodation is well appointed and very comfortable, with all our light and airy rooms double glazed, all with wonderful views and en-suite bathrooms and of course, safety of our guests is paramount so all rooms have a fire/smoke detection system and emergency lighting to illuminate the staircase.

Guests have access to their rooms, the conservatory and garden at any time and to the Guest Lounge after midday.

There is plenty of parking with allocated parking spots for each guest.

Breakfasts in the Conservatory from 8 - 8.45 am however early breakfasts are available on request, and you can make your choices and pre-order each evening of your stay. At Armeria we adhere to all Allergens Regulations and can cater for Vegetarians, Gluten and Dairy Free, just let us know your requirement in time prior to your stay.
