Boundary Stables is surrounded by beautiful grounds close to the beach in Happisburgh on the lovely North Norfolk coast and is a group of five self catering cottages.There are bridleways and footpaths from Boundary Stables and the many walking routes provide great experiences for the dogs and owners alike and of course easily accessed.   

WREN HOLIDAY COTTAGE

Wren features 1 double bedroom with and additional double futon in the lounge. 

Facilities include under floor central heating, TV, DVD player, radio CD player, washing machine, microwave, private courtyard, outside furniture, barbecue, Free use of communal sauna, shared paddock and off road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen, towels, all fuel and power included in the pricel. Cot and high chair available free on request. No smoking please. Dog friendly. Up to 2 pets welcome free of charge.

PET FRIENDLY

A holiday, no matter how perfect the setting, is just not the same if your pets are not included, so bring your dog or dogs with you and enjoy the many scenic walks of North Norfolk. Up to two dogs can stay free of charge and the enclosed courtyards ensure your pet's safety too.

LUXURY FINNISH SAUNA

We also offer a state of the art Finnish Sauna, perfect for relaxing away any aches and pains.  There is a wide door and a ramp for easy access, heat controls are within reach for guests who use wheelchairs, and strategically positioned grab rails are in place for your safety and comfort. There is also an adjoining WC.

COMMUNAL GAS BARBECUE

The gas barbecue covered by a large umbrella is situated in a large grassy area. There is a paved area and table and chairs, ideal for relaxing outside and cooking either at lunch time or on an evening after a days sightseeing.
