Castaways Holiday park - The Holiday Park by the sea - All Year Round

A very warm welcome awaits all holidaymakers at Castaways. A family run and owned park with a personal service to our customers. Castaways is on the North Norfolk coast in the village of Bacton, with easy access to the broads, Cromer, Great Yarmouth and Norwich. Most accommodation having glorious sea views with steps down to a sandy beach.

Accommodation on site consists of Holiday Static Caravans, Pine Lodges, and holiday Apartments, many with stunning sea views. Central heated 6 and 10 berth Caravans ideal for winter breaks. All Pine Lodges and Apartments are Central Heated and Double Glazed. We also offer disabled friendly accommodation for those with limited mobility

Facilities include a Reception with tourist information and library, Site Shop, Children's Playground, Launderette, Clubhouse with entertainment in season and an amusement arcade. Live music and in-house entertainment is a must in season with our very own games nights including Bingo, Pub Quiz, Wii Nights, Play Your Cards Right and not forgetting the Famous Bacton Boat Race.

Castaways is an ideal base for exploring all that Norfolk has to offer, from the hustle and bustle of Great Yarmouth Seafront to the shoppers paradise of Norwich to the quite and peaceful coastal and inland walks. Please ask at Reception for details and maps on local walks and bike trails.

Pets are very welcome here at Castaways with pet friendly accommodation, dog walking areas and pet friendly beach.

The Clubhouse

Whilst your here why not come down to the clubhouse and let your hair down with a drink, it’s fun for all with an arcade, pool table, dart board and even live entertainment. There is something for everyone to do. Don’t think that you have to stay in bring your dog down too!!!

Restaurant

The restaurant is situated at the front of the clubhouse, why not relax after a long journey and let someone else do the cooking for you? The restaurant provides freshly cooked food, anything from steaks to traditional pub grub not forgetting the little ones with a children’s menu. There is always something to cater for everyone. Children's Play Area

The children’s play area is situated at the front of the house in a fenced area where the children are safe to play. Parents should supervise their children at all times. There’s plenty to do including a climbing tower and climbing wall for the older ones or swings and a spring bouncer for the younger ones keeping your children entertained for hours.

Shop

The shop sells everything from milk and newspapers to those little knick-knacks you take home as souvenirs. The shop is open 7 days a week. For those hot days on the beach why not hire a fishing rod and get yourself a catch if the day, or even cool yourself down with a nice ice-cream.
