Part of the Somerleyton estate, The Duke’s Head gastro-pub restaurant is well renowned for a flavoursome, fresh and seasonal menu, created by our experienced and creative kitchen team.

A visit to the Duke means all the warmth of a classic British pub combined with the delectable flavors of modern dining.

Our menu moves with the seasons, so you’ll find market-fresh fish, seasonal game and specially selected meat dishes on the menu.

We source our ingredients locally where possible, either from Somerleyton Estate’s own farms or other local farms cross the Norfolk and Suffolk area. Check our menus page to see what our chefs are cooking up.

Real ales and beer garden

With traditional British ale once again the toast of drinkers up and down the land, you’ll find a number of Suffolk real ales on tap, plus a great selection of world beers, as well as a comprehensive wine list. If the weather allows for it, you can also enjoy your tipple in the Duke’s beautiful pub gardens.
