Eaton Park

Eaton Park is one of the most beautiful parks in Norfolk, with lots of activities to enjoy and acres of space to explore you'll be sure to have yourself a great time whilst you are in the park. Avenues lined with beautiful trees, eye catching flower beds, benches to rest on after you finish your long walk here, elegant grade II listed buildings and lily ponds; the scenery here alone is a wonderful sight.

Band Stand and Pavilion

In the centre of our park lies the domed bandstand which is surrounded by a colonnaded pavilion which is know as the rotunda. The stand is host to many concerts, shows and public displays in the summer time so be sure to check come along and see what we have to offer, the pavilion is surrounded by seats so you won't have to worry about standing up during a performance. The rotunda also houses a café (closed, re-opens spring 2016. Temporary food van presentuntil re-opening) and toilet facilities.

Putting Green

The Putting Green has 18 holes and all which are between 8 and 20 meters each and are played twice. Located right next to the Crazy Golf.

Rose Garden

A beautiful well-kept garden area bordered by rose beds and a yew hedge. At the centre of the rose garden comes the large fountain which is surrounded by a seating area which makes for a cosy spot to sit down and relax while you enjoy the wonderful views of nature.

Skate Park

A fantastic and large skate park used for skill improvement, demonstration and competition purposes. It has flood lights operable on a push button system which are accessible up to 10pm all year round.                                                                                             

Boat Pond

The Boat Pond is and elevated body of water that many model boat enthusiasts use to show off and test there new model boats. Anyone can bring along there model boat and sail it here. The Pond is also host to many regattas and model boating events organised by the Norwich Model Boat Club and is a great sight to see with all the chaos of many boats in the water.                                                                                                                      

Sports Facilities

We have many sports facilities here at eaton park, which was the intended reason eaton park was built, our sports installations include Bowling & croquet greens, cycle speedway, five-a-side goals, multi-use games area, pitch and putt, playing fields (cricket, football, ultimate Frisbee), table tennis (outdoor), tennis courts (all weather including floodlit). There is a sport for everyone here at the park so come on down and have a wonderful time.

The large sunken lily pond sits in between the boating pond and the rotunda. We have some nice aquatic wildlife in the pond such as goldfish, ducks and the occasional heron who visits
