A lovely spacious Edwardian Bed & Breakfast in the heart of Sheringham, quietly tucked away, yet just a stones throw to the beach, rail station and golf course.

We'd love for you to come and stay with us, you'll get the very best of good old Norfolk hospitality, with a great nights sleep in one of our quiet en-suite bedrooms and a breakfast to write home about.

Sheringham town is an absolute must see, there really is something for everyone, from our blue flag beach with lovely promenade to our steam railway, which never fails to enthral, whatever your age. There is a links golf course situated on the cliff tops with views to put you right off your game. We have some beautiful coastal and inland walks with many renowned beauty spots and wildlife, with a coastal bus service to hail if you don't fancy the walking back. The surrounding area is awash with National Trust places of interest and you will never struggle for some truly great food and a refreshing pint. We hope that you will visit us soon and return often.

Weekends, Bank/School Holidays and Single nights, may be subject to an additional supplement.

Single Nights. We're more than happy for you to stay for just the one night, we know you'd stay longer if you could, though we do charge a single night supplement, we're still great value.

Please note we may require a minimum stay of 2 nights during our busy periods (or 3 nights at bank holiday weekends).

We are flexible regarding arrival time, to fit in with your plans. We ask that rooms are vacated by 10:30 am on day of departure.

We'll require a deposit equal to the cost of the first night, paid by cheque within 5 days of booking. If you have to cancel, we'll return your deposit, less 5% handling charge, as long as you give us 14 days notice prior to your booked stay, else your deposit will become non-refundable. You may want to consider travel insurance to cover this eventuality.
