Hunstanton Golf Course

The Hunstanton Golf Club is a superb championship links course. It is located on the beautiful North West Norfolk coast and was voted one of Britain and Ireland's 'Top 100' golf courses. We were also recently awarded ‘best 19th hole’ in the country.

Hunstanton is a superb championship links course. Rated as one of Britain & Ireland’s ‘Top 100′ courses, golfers have walked along our courses in a stunning landscape of dunes and links grasses for more than a century.

We are located overlooking The Wash, leading us being the only golf course on the East Coast of England that can view the sun setting over the sea, giving some breath taking views in the summer and winter months. 

The Hunstanton Golf Club has been described as ‘one of the country’s hidden gems’. You can play Hunstanton on seven consecutive days and imagine you have played seven different courses – the magic never fades.

Hunstanton is predominantly a 2 ball course for singles and foursomes play, however 4 ball play is permitted throughout the year on Tuesdays after 9.30am. In addition 3 / 4 balls will be allowed after 2pm on Sundays in the summertime (i.e. from 1st April to 31st October).

Foursomes golf is very popular at Hunstanton and we host three annual open competitions; the East Anglian Open Men’s Foursomes every spring and autumn and a Mixed Open Green some in the summer

While we cannot guarantee the weather, this area of North West Norfolk is one of the driest in the country and, being a links course, is an ideal choice at any time of the year.
