Kingsley Cottage Hickling

Kingsley Cottage is located in the Broadland village of Hickling on the northern rivers of the Norfolk Broads.

This lovely self catering cosy cottage sleeps up to six people and is pet friendly too, although animals must be kept downstairs.

The living area consists of a large kitchen/dining room and a sitting room which has French doors leading to decking complete with patio furniture, ideal for al fresco dining. The decking overlooks a fully enclosed garden, safe for children and dogs. BBQ's are a must!

The kitchen is well equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a kettle and a toaster. It also has a fridge/freezer, TV, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave and a dishwasher. There is a large dining area with a table and six chairs.

Central heating and an open fire keeps guests cosy warm. 

Upstairs offers a double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have duvets, blankets, linen and towels supplied.

There is a telephone for incoming calls and electricity and oil-fired central heating is included in the price. A high-chair and travel cot are also available. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.

There is space for car parking in front of the cottage for one or two cars and a secure shed is available for those with bikes. There is an Information Pack and details on local activities and attractions.

Kingsley Cottage is about 15 miles from the Cathedral City of Norwich and 3 miles from the Norfolk coast, perfect for a relaxing getaway, active pursuits, or natural and historical places of interest.

We had a fantastic week in this lovely cottage (the photos on booking.com don't do it justice) We went boating, to the beach, horse racing, a show and Sandringham. We had the best time The Greyhound pub was friendly and the food was delicious. We were lucky enough to spend time with the seals at Horsey.

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday at this comfortable cottage which is ideally situated to explore the towns and villages of Norfolk and The Broads. Also had two superb meals at the local Greyhound Inn which is recommended..........
