Ranworth to Cockshoot Broad Sunday Morning Guided Boat and Walking Tour
Cockshoot Broad is no longer accessible by foot; Norfolk Wildlife Trust will take you there by boat with our informative guide. The tour begins at Ranworth Floating Wildlife Centre on Ranworth Broad at 10.45 (10.30 at Malthouse Staithe) and runs on Sunday mornings throughout July and August. We set off on Damselfly down the River Bure and moor up at the beginning of the boardwalk which takes you from the river to Cockshoot Broad. Our guide will point out wildlife, birds and plants along the route and can inform you of the history of the Broads and answer any questions you may have. The tour takes 2 hours and some walking is necessary but is all on level boardwalk.
