Orchard Cottage

Welcome to Orchard Cottage, a splendid bed and breakfast in Gressenhall in the heart of rural Norfolk.

Our cottage-style house provides comfortable ground floor accommodation and is wheelchair friendly, with level access to all rooms. For the disabled, one shower room has been thoughtfully set out to ‘document M’ standard.

Orchard Cottage has a choice of double or twin rooms, each with en suite shower, toilet and wash basin. A separate bathroom is available for those who prefer a bath.

All areas have underfloor heating, with solid oak floors in the bedrooms and lounge and ceramic tiles elsewhere. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities, a radio alarm clock, television (with Freeview) and a thermostat for the heating. A hairdryer and an iron are available on request. Access to rooms is normally between 4 pm and 9.30 am, but we can be flexible, so do talk to us if you need other arrangements.

We welcome children and can provide a cot and highchair, but regret that we can’t accommodate pets. We have a separate lounge for you to relax in. The house is smoking-free.
