Oxnead House offers four stylish, luxury, self-catering holiday cottages in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.

Our cottages: The Lodge, The Stable, The Barn and The Dairy are four converted buildings within the one acre gardens of our traditional 19th century farmhouse, each of which has its’ own individual style and charm.

Only 200 yards from Rockland Staithe, and the village pub, on the famous Wherrymans Way footpath, within easy walking distance of Wheatfen Nature reserve and the RSPB Reserve at Rockland Broad, the cottages are perfectly placed to enjoy the delights of the countryside and the wildlife which this lovely habitat sustains.

A perfect location for walking, cycling, birdwatching, fishing, canoeing, boating or just relaxing, a holiday at Oxnead House would suit couples, families or larger groups.

Each cottage is entirely self-contained with private gardens, however all cottages can be booked together at a preferential rate for those special occasions with family or friends.
