Riverside Holidays

Riverside Holidays offers great waterfront holiday properties, centred around the Broadland village of Potter Heigham and they are just perfect for those craving a relaxing stress free holiday with or without the fishing! 

The comfortable holiday homes which line the river, can sleep two to ten persons and they have all the amenities you need. Linens are provided, heating also which if you like taking winter breaks is very useful.  The Norfolk Broads have a different kind of beauty in the winter months and for those artists and photographers amongst you, the winter light is wonderful.

In the off-peak season our riverside rentals are from £350 per week.

All properties have a well equipped kitchen, living area and bathroom (or shower room) and dayboats are available to hire from the local yards and they can be moored at your bungalow.

Pets too are very welcome, the river bank provides wonderful walking opportunities however, there is a charge of £20 per pet/per week

Guests and visitors to most of the properties will have to park on a ‘Pay & Display’ near Potter Heigham Bridge. Access to most of the properties is by footpath or boat only. There is a river taxi that operates throughout the summer.

All bookings are from 4pm  Saturday to 10am Saturday. However, we try to accommodate our guests as much as we can and special arrangements can be made (especially for Easter).

As the terrain can be tricky, theses properties are not very suitable for wheelchair users.
