The Roman Camp Inn is ideally located in Aylmerton near to Cromer and Sheringham and close to the beautiful North Norfolk coast. Aylmerton is adjacent to the magnificent National Trust estate at Felbrigg, but just 10 minutes from the beaches at Cromer, Sheringham and West Runton, with Blakeney Point and The Broads within easy reach.

Our fifteen bedrooms recently re-decorated, are comfortable and attractive. There are five luxury rooms with spa bath, five standard doubles, a family suite of two interconnecting rooms, two standard twin rooms and one superior accessible double room and one superior accessible twin room both of which have a wet rooms especially adapted for those guests whose mobility is impaired.
All Deluxe rooms offer spa baths, bath robes, Mineral water, Digital TV with DVD players, a DVD library and a host of thoughtful extras. All Standard and Superior rooms have bathrooms en-suite, digital TV and radio, hairdryers, direct dial telephones and tea/coffee making facilities.
Children under 3yrs can share their parents' room for free and children from 3 to 12yrs can share their parents' room for a small charge of £25. Cots are available on request and there is a cot charge of £10 per night.
We have exclusive use available to residents at a nearby Leisure Centre which offers a pool and gym facilities and is just a 5 minute drive from the Inn.
Our premises also include ample free parking and Wi Fi available.
The inn is specially designed to make you feel comfortable and relaxed with easy access throughout the Inn and in the garden. Bars, dining areas and garden are all accessible to wheelchair users including those travelling independently.
The Inn has been designed to be a source of pleasure in itself with many different talents contributing to make it comfortable, attractive and distinctive. Young artists have been commissioned to make sculpture and designs for leaded glass which you can see in our conservatory dining room.
We have an all day restaurant for fine food and a bar that has served real local ale since 1894.
