Shrublands Farm

Shrublands Farm is located in the North Norfolk village of Northrepps just 2 1/2 miles from Cromer and is perfect for exploring the stunning woodland, countryside and coast. It offers a range of accommodation including Bed and Breakfast, a self catering cottage, a campsite for tents, tourers and motorhomes plus luxury glamping in a choice of 2 shepherds huts.

Bed and Breakfast

We welcome guests into our home for bed and breakfast.  We have one twin/double room with private bathroom, and one twin/double room with shower and toilet en-suite. Both rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, radio alarms and T.V. There is a guest sitting room with log fire and a dining room where a breakfast fabulous breakfast is served using as much local produce as possible.

Yeomans Cottage - Self Catering

Situated in Storey's Loke at Northrepps a short distance from Shrublands Farm is Yeoman's Cottage. Fully refurbished it features a small garden and a dedicated parking space.

There is a very comfortable sitting room with dining area and TV with freeview and DVD player. The Kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom offers a walk in shower, bath, toilet and basin.

There are 2 bedrooms a double and a twin, a cot is available on request. Garden furniture and BBQ equipment is provided for the use of the guests. The heating is all electric and hot water is supplied by immersion heater (economy 7). Electricity, linen, towels and WiFi are all included in the price.

WE ACCEPT ONE SMALL DOG BY ARRANGEMENT.

Camping and Caravaning

The campsite is in a sheltered corner of our farm in a rural and beautiful location offering views across farmland about a quarter of a mile from the farmhouse.

We can accommodate tents, tourers, camper vans and motorhomes.

The village pub, the Foundry Arms, is just 10 minutes walk away and serves good food in the bar or restaurant. The nearest beach is at Overstrand approx. one and a half miles away or a 25 minute walk .

There is plenty of room for children to play. On site we have electric hook ups and also toilets, showers and a waste disposal point.

The site is closed from November to March (except Easter)

Glamping

Our authentically built shepherds huts accommodate 2 people - Sorry no dogs.

Each features a double bed, electric hob, small fridge, kitchen utensils and crockery, electric kettle and toaster.  Linen provided, flat screen TV with DVD player, pantry supplies including tea, coffee, sugar, oil, salt and pepper, electric power points, outdoor picnic bench.

There is a shower and toilet and washing up facilities nearby.
