The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard and it offers the ideal base from which to explore all the Broads has to offer. The 75 ft river frontage is perfect place to relax and watch the river traffic glide by or to enjoy some great fishing.
With no vehicular access the Cottage is reached along a made up footpath and footbridge that runs from Herbert Woods Boatyard to the rear of the cottage, about a 5 minute walk in total. Sunray has a parking space available for guests at Lathams Car Park, spaces are not allocated so you are able to park in any available parking space.
The private riverside garden has it's own mooring. As well as the lawn there is a decked area, a pizza oven, garden furniture and storage for fishing gear.
Enjoy river views from the open plan living/ dining area. Features include a dining table for 6, electric heating, smart TV and comfortable sofas.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all mod cons including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.
The bedrooms have river or countryside views with the master bedroom having a kingsize bed and en suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom. The family room sleeps 4 in a double and bunk beds.
Sunray is located just a 5 minute walk from the amenities, Bridge Stones cafe, Lathams (they sell everything you could possibly want and things you didn’t even know you wanted!). Fantastic fish & chips at ‘Nippy Chippy’ and Norada Grill and Tavern, the local pub which serves food.
