The Loddon Swan

The Loddon Swan is perfectly situated on Loddon's main street, a designated conservation area with a picturesque view of the Holy Trinity Church, which dates from 1490. being just minutes walk from the River Chet, a popular tourist destination due to its rich wildlife, stunning scenery and boat moorings it makes the perfect base from which to explore all the Norfolk Broads has to offer.

Whether you’re on business or pleasure The Swan offers a relaxed yet sumptuous place to rest, whilst offering some of the best food and wine in the region. Plus, it’s just a short drive from the historic City of Norwich and the East Coast.

Accommodation

We offer a range of beautifully decorated boutique bedrooms, spread over 3 areas within the external parts of the pub.

All rooms have either king size or super king sized beds, goose down duvets and crisp, white linen along with en-suite bathrooms, flat screen televisions, Wifi and tea/coffee making facilities. Naturally a hairdryer, soft towels and toiletries are provided. 

Restaurant

Our restaurant has also been awarded an AA Rosette. Our menus are created by our Head Chef who sources ingredients from local farmers, fishermen and producers to ensure only the very best our region has to offer is served up. We offer a lunch and supper menu including the finest meat, fish and vegetarian food.

Eat and drink at the bar, dine in the restaurant or eat al fresco in the chic courtyard garden. The Swan is unique and a must try, if you’re into decent beer, good food and fine wine - which all comes with a warm welcome from the friendly front of house team.

The kitchen provides a seasonal menu of top-end British pub favourites made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Dishes range from light bites to family Sunday roasts.

Bar

Our bar offer a cosy relaxed space to enjoy. Being a Freehouse we’ve got a wonderful selection of drinks to choose from. The pumps flow with traditional local ales and we’ve an eclectic wine list with something for all tastes. We also serve proper coffee, which means cappuccinos, espressos, americanos and more are available all day.
