The breakfast here at the Moorhen is something that we have always prided ourselves in, We use local produce whenever we can, our local butcher provides a wonderful array of free range sausages, bacon and eggs.

Each morning we will cook breakfast for you according to what your order is, this allows you to eat whatever your appetite fancies on that morning instead of ordering in expectation.

Being at the centre of Horning, the Moorhen is a great place for you to find a perfect day out before/after your stay here. In the local area you have an overload of activities to choose from such as tree top adventure parks, beautiful stately homes and gardens, relaxing on and exploring the river in a boat or a canoe, walking and cycling through the picturesque Norfolk countryside and much more there is something for everyone. Wroxham is 5 minutes away and the wonderful city of Norwich and the stunning Norfolk coast can be reached in less than 20 minutes making The Moorhen the perfect base for exploring the Broads and the further Norfolk countryside.
