The Red Lion Pub

Located in the village of Needham close to Harleston is the charismatic 18th century public house known as The Red Lion.

We specialise in the finest of traditional pub grub and have a spectrum of local beers to choose from all served by our friendly and helpful staff.

Situated on the main road is the charming 18th century public house, The Red Lion where you can find the finest traditional ‘pub grub’ with a splendid selection of local beers all served to you by friendly and dedicated staff.

As you enter the Red Lion you will notice our warm and civil atmosphere, also you will see our tradition yet contemporary design which is one the reasons that our little pub is unique from the rest of the Norfolk pubs. For the cold days in winter we have a large log fire to warm the building which is perfect if you're in the mood for a cosy dinner, and in the summer we have an extensively decked terrace for you to enjoy which will offer shade from the sun. Our spacious garden which has a large bouncy castle, swings, slide and a sand pit. We have guinea pigs and fish to keep the youngsters entertained.

As well as being a thriving pub, we also have some delicious food that is cooked then and there in the pub, whether you're looking for a quick snack or a feast we have something for you.
