The Sole and Heel

The Sole and Heel Pub is ideally located in the village of Rackheath, close to Wroxham and Salhouse in  the heart of the Norfolk Broads.

Owner Nicki together with her friendly team of staff, have been running this superb pub since October 2013 and take much pride in offering regulars and visitors alike a very warm welcome.

The Sole & Heel enjoys an excellent reputation for serving an extensive variety of fabulous high quality freshly cooked food plus an wide range of real ales, wines and spirits.

Nicki and the team are committed to providing great entertainment to their customers including live music nights, seasonal events and offers plus regular activities such as poker, darts and the pub quiz.

We are located in the village of Rackheath around 3 miles from Wroxham (the heart of the Norfolk Broads) and just 5 miles from Norwich. With lots of free parking.

We are very dog friendly and have 3 ourselves here is Monti in the pub garden.
