The WWLR is the longest ten and a quarter inch narrow gauge steam railway in the world and shows you what North Norfolk is all about riding through the beautiful countryside and picturesque villages.
The scenic four mile journey through the lovely countryside takes about 30 minutes in each direction. There are halts at Warham St Mary and Wighton.
With the regular timetable service you have ample time to explore Walsingham with its shops, visit the different places of worship, restaurants and pubs before catching the train back.
Wells station has a large car park. Our signal box accommodates a lovely gift shop.
This is a wonderful family day out and you can really be a child again when jumping on board our wonderful trains.
We are open from mid March until the end of October 7 days a week with children's activities durning every holiday including Christmas and the February half term.
