Wheatacre Hall Barns

Nestled in the stunning countryside right on the Norfolk/Suffolk border, this lovely complex of eight barns on a working farm are perfect, just the spot to come and enjoy a self catering holiday in the lap of luxury. 

These barns have been sympathetically restored and every effort has been made to not only retain as many character features as possible, but to blend them seamlessly with a luxurious contemporary decor.

An attractive cluster of eight barns that have been created from the sympathetic conversion of a range of handsome farm buildings which have star ratings of between 4 and 5 star giving you a special and luxury experience 

Whilst each barn is totally self contained with private seating areas outside, there are common areas such as the relaxing hot tub, fitness barn and a games room.  This makes the whole complex easy for a large family gathering too - a little privacy with great meeting places.

There are plenty of things for children to do, there is a play barn and of course all the farm animals to look out for.  There is course fishing available too in local fishing lakes or along the nearby riverbanks. There are farm walks, cycle routes to enjoy through the low lying marshland by the farm, with a huge variety of birds and wildlife to catch fleeting glimpses of and after a hard days work enjoying yourself, there is the relaxing hot tub to ease the aches and pains!

We have our own Farm Shop on site close to the holiday barns we stock lots of local foods and products daily fresh bakery, butchery and Fruit & Veg.  Dairy products from our own cows who you can find close by.  Gifts for all ages and celebrations.  We have a good selection of local wines, beers and spirits.  In fact everything for your holiday needs or just to browse!
