Yaxham Waters is a beautiful self catering holiday escape, set in the heart of Norfolk, with holidays to suit all ages, budgets and tastes.

Yaxham is the perfect base for exploring Norfolk and its many attractions, and has a local train station within walking distance from the park. Dereham Town is a few miles away, here you will find, shops, restaurants, pubs, a leisure centre, bowling alley and a cinema.
