Reepham

Reepham

Fabulous Flemish inspired Georgian buildings border the picturesque market square in Reepham. Hosting a weekly market since 1277 it has long been a hub of activity drawing footfall into the independent retailers that line its narrow streets and medieval alleyways. Hike along the Marriott’s Way, a 21-mile stretch of the now defunct Hellesdon to Aylsham railway and discover the gothic fantasy that awaits at the Church of St Michael and All Angels in neighbouring Booton. A unique building of worship that was constructed in the 19th century utilizing the shell of a medieval building, it boasts palace-like towers on the outside, and hosts of oak angels and stained glass on the inside.
